Formerly the Events Chair for American Cancer Society’s ABOA in Nashville 2022-2024, Tay now focuses on the expansion of WithLove and is a member of 100 Women Who Care - Greater Nashville and both an Alumni and Ambassador for Young Leaders Council - Nashville. Recently, Tay received the 2024 Young Leader of the Year award, presented by Young Leaders Council, and represented WithLove as Music City's Best Nonprofit in both 2023 and 2024 as voted by The Official Community's Choice Awards. She enjoys writing, walks with her puppy, Rex, and taking dance lessons in her free time. She hopes to travel more and share her story with families all over the world.
“I just can’t get over the joy that comes from volunteering and seeing my visions come to life for these incredible kids and their families. I am so thankful for WithLove and those who dedicate their free time to give back to the community with me. The smiles curated at each event and the response of the families is what encourages me to keep going and growing our mission.”

Debby started Pivotal Talent Search in 2017 after working in corporate America for more than 20 years. She has sat on several Boards and most recently stepped down as the VP of Development for WINGS Program. Debby and her husband, Bill, reside in Nashville and have three children. They love to travel the world together and learn about other cultures.
“I am passionate about Tay’s mission and wanted to use my skills and experience to make a meaningful impact.”
